I hope you are prepared for the Reddest of Perspectives, the perspectives of people too cool for categorisation, and too left to be leftists. We skateboard along the infinite horseshoe curve because we have forgotten how to stop. Pray for us, and that the horseshoe never becomes toroidal.

We dance on the graves of our Marxist pasts, while the skeletons of trade unionism generally strike us from the shadows. We will rebuild what the postmodernists destroyed, so that we can destroy it ourselves!

Red Perspective is a site for us, broadly leftist writers, to put our thoughts into writing on a variety of subjects and ideas. It is a way for us to emancipate our minds through philosophy and critical analysis, to help us understand our daily lives and as a outlet for the things we are passionate about.

You can find a variety of writings styles in the tabs on the top right. Our essays are all given tags, for example #marxism, to indicate what topics they relate to. This enables you to search for topics on a page by simply using your browser's built in Ctrl+F functionality.
